Workshops and Events

In addition to the Inner MORE gatherings, we will host various workshops (fees apply) delivered by practioners seperate to the Inner MORE gathering.

Our invited guests are experienced in a range of fields and we will create additional opportunities for our Inner MORE folk to go deeper into our learning, with hands on workshops and events.

These will include - Movement, Sound Healing, Art with a spiritual twist, Crystal displays and sales (as appropriate), guest Medium evenings, Divination and Readings.

Topics we will be exploring

• Rocking It - explore the wonderful world of crystals and gems, what makes them special, (as if their very forms aren't enough)! We look at the chakras and the properties attributed to crystals, for healing and life.

• Listen Up! - We focus on sound - healing, mantra and meditation. We will have a panel of

• Who is that? Ever thought you heard a voice, saw someone when no one was there or simply felt a presence? This session will explore a big topic - sensory perception, mediumship, guides and more.

• Spiritual Toolbox - The array of tools we have available to help us navigate our spiritual journey can be overwhelming. Learn about the origins and use of everything from Oracle cards and tarot to runes and I Ching. This session will be fun and interactive.

• Modalities Explored - A chat about the arts of astrology and numerology - So much more to explore!

• Movement - understanding the value of movement to our well-being and connection to spirit looking at subjects from yoga to chanting.

• The Universe - from the ancients to now - Gaia, the elements, messengers, angels even astral travel! Another epic topic, it will be fun!

• Energy & Healing - a multifaceted subject, from chakras to healing modalities from reiki to candle waxing. Understanding what it is all about and learning the attributes and applications.

Enjoy a relaxed session as we talk about all things spiritual!

Our approach is to acknowledge science, look at beliefs and hear from practitioners. Listening as they share their spiritual experiences and knowledge. Enjoying open chats without dogma, in an environment of respect and openness.
